The first rose gives you one of Eve's memories: going through the halls of a university, sitting in a class, reading through textbooks -- and knowing that this is a cover, that her actual reason for being here is to look for clues to the rumors of illicit, unregistered blood donations being made. Being a detective, in other words.
...the second rose gives you a memory of Eve dressed in very scanty clothing in what's really obviously a high-class brother...it doesn't have her thoughts or emotions like the first, though.
